Junior Achievement South Africa

Junior Achievement (JA) South Africa is a youth development organisation offering entrepreneurship education, work readiness skills  and financial literacy (financial health).

Our mission is to inspire and prepare South African youth to succeed in the regional and global economy.

Our programmes ensure youth gain practical experience through our programmes enhancing their learning experiences. We are proudly endorsed by the Department of Basic Education to implement entrepreneurship and work readiness programmes across South African schools.

By imparting these essential skills, we empower South African youth to actively contribute to their communities and foster resilience beyond the classroom or learning centres.

We believe that exposing youth to entrepreneurship at an early age provides a safe learning environment whilst gaining soft skills by working in a team.
